Buko Pandan Salad with Agar-Agar Recipe

I just want to share with you one of my favorite dessert.  I have lots of favorite dessert and buko salad with agar-agar is definitely one in my list.

This Filipino dessert is very affordable that everyone can afford to do it and it is so yummy! 

Actually, this kind of dessert is typically served during occasions like birthdays, graduations, fiestas or any special occasions as a Filipino favorite dessert.

Who would not fall in love with the sweetness of this desert can give to you. Most Filipino loves sweet foods and I believe that is what makes Filipino's sweet. If you're a Filipino you'll definitely know this about!

Likewise, it is very popular desserts in the country the Buko Pandan Salad because it tastes creamy and yummy. Sweetness overload!

This  Filipino tropical dessert, is compose of Pandan Jelly (gelatin), Buko (shredded young coconut), and Cream. I also added an agar-agar which I bought a ready made pack in the market which is cost 25 pesos.

What is Agar-Agar?

Did you know that Agar-Agar is a dry extract of red marine algae (seaweeds), which contains soluble fiber. It is used as a food additive and supplement. Agar-Agar has been used as an ingredients in desserts for so many years.

Buko Pandan Salad with Agar-Agar Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pieces young Coconut ( scraped and well drained)

1  pack of Nestle cream

1 can Condensed milk (used the Buko Pandan Condensed Milk)

1  pack unflavored green gelatine powder

1 cup of water ( to balance the sweet)

1 pack of Agar-agar (this is optional)

Procedure:

1.  Cook the gelatine according to its packaging procedure then add sugar, mix well and pour in a molder and refrigerate until harden.

2. Get the harden gelatin and cut it into any shape you like dice,cube, and shredded shape.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine together the young coconut, gelatin, cream and condensed milk.
4.  Add the agar-agar in the mixture. Again this is optional.

5.  Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

6.  Serve with a smile and enjoy!

I made this buko salad recipe of mine a countless times so I guaranteed you will love this as I love it. This whole recipe is worth of  139 pesos.

This is one of the most affordable and easier dessert that you try it at home. It is very simple to do. And this is also best dessert jamming for the whole family too. Actually this is only best for one day since it tastes yummy and super delicious and my whole family loves it so much.

So Sick Of You

It's been awhile since I blogged and missed something to write about. As I promise myself before to post and blog every weekend but things does not went well. My lappie get broke. I cried and cried for being so careless for not giving importance of my things.

My lappie is my bestfriend and we have been a buddy for almost 7 years already. And it’s hurt to see my old lappie's not functioning and broke. Because every time I opened it, a white blank screen appear and I don't know what to do now. I am not an expert  but I will do my best to repair it.

I am not sure if I am gonna make it. Will try myself to search online how will I make because  my heart is still aching and still thinking logical aspect of what am I gonna do.

 However, first thing came to my mind is to bring my lappie to a professional repair service who handles computer program problems but I am also thinking the cost that I am going to spend  which I believe it is more higher or same value if I am going to buy a new one. That is why I am really dead!

Honestly, I am not really fond of using any beauty products. Opps! I mean Korean Beauty products! But, as I get older, haha I am still young ok! I am still at my 20s (hahaha). I am really starting to get worried and conscious about my skin because when you get at the age of 25 wrinkles and few lines under your eyes are starting to be visible. This is one of my concern and still rotting on my head starts the appearance of visible of fine lines on my forehead, scars from acne , and an oily faces. (hushhh) It is absolutely girls  problem! L'OOCCITANE FLEURS MERVEILLEUSES SHOWER GEL REVIEW

Hello guys! Happy Valentines Day! Today I want to share about one the product that I had something for so long.

It is one of the Fleurs Merveilleuses limited edition of L'Oocitane.  What I have right now for a quite years is one the edition Fleurs Merveilleuses Gel Douche ( Marvelous Flowers Shower Gel ). Actually there should be soap bar, shimmering oil and hand cream for this, but since I misplace or forgotten already where did I place and the only thing that left is the shower gel. 

What I love about the products of L'Ooccitane is their very functional, very easy to open and does not easily break. Very fantastic. I've tried some of the L'ooccitane products before so I attest the truths of what I am saying.

I love the designed of the bottle of Fleurs Merveilleuses. The prism pattern of the bottle that creates a chandelier effects when it reflects to light.

Honestly, I love this product but I hate to admit that the first time I smelled this product its sends something unpleasant scent through my nose. Maybe I am not really used to this kind of shower gel. This product contains Rose, Peony, and Raspberry extracts. If you like the Rose and Peony combination you can try this one. But I'd rather choose Rose and Raspberry alone. 

However, I am a little bit disappointed at first, but the very first time I used it on my skin I noticed something with the scent. As a first time user to this product the shower gel did transformed into perfumed foam. The real scent appeared like a fruity floral. For me it seems like a very common scent that can be similar to other perfume products. 

I admit the first time I smelled and tried this product is very different but that is my honest opinion for this.

I tried to used this product as it gently cleanses over my skin which leaves a very enchanting floral fragrance. But scent will only for more or less hour. This is not a perfume, so if you want to have a great scent for the whole day then use one of their similar products perfume. I dont know if this edition is.still out in their store But you can still try if you.

Kung Hei Fat Choi! Its a Chinese Lunar New Year of the year 2017! This is one of the biggest and most  grandious celebration especially the chinese nationality in the whole world, and even here in the Philippines are  being celebrated too.

Infact, this is one of the most thing why filipino chinese are very admirable most especially because Chinese are known of being ardent saver in the world and their very inspiring rags to riches story. Because of their being passionate and discipline in doing everything in their lives it makes them more success.

Life is never unfair, if we keep on demanding of what we dont have and doing no action in life, life will nevet get easy to us. Be productive in life, and make a new change to be able to achieve everything we want .
