December is my Birth Month

Today, I'll be exploring the month of my birth, the month of December. If you were born starting from November 23 to December 23, your zodiac signs will be Sagittarius. 


This month of December is a month of Love and Peace; a month to give thanks and appreciate all the blessings you received, a time to share your blessing to all the people who needs most. And this month we are also traditionally celebrating the Seasons of Christmas in honor for the birth of Jesus Christ. (Merry Christmas Everyone)


I love this month aside from a holiday seasons, I'll be also remembering the most precious gift that my parents given to me. It's was the gift of LIFE. The New Beginning of my life to see the World and all this because of my precious MOM, I owe my life to her.  I am always thankful and will always be grateful,  despite of the hardship she never give up and strongly fought for me, she patiently carried me for 9 months. She is a mother who loves and wishes her unborn child to give me a chance to see what does the world looks.


She is the BEST MOM for in the whole World. And now on the 9th day of December the small little creature will turn to a full young lady. And she'll be taking a new milestone of her life. 
Since I am so much inspired and very excited today and I want to come up with different ideas to commemorate my birthday. I want to write something new that I have discovered about me that totally belongs to me. This is all about me.

To those who are born in December like me is consider the most charming, faithful, loyal and generous, energetic, very competitive in every task is given to them. 


However, people are born in December are very shy, fun to be with, very talkative who want get attention but with some point this is misunderstood of others, but unknown to others we are very emotional and very sensitive. A person, who is caring and a good listener, loves to surround herself with positive vibes and very sweet person, but they can be a tiger or lion when they get angry. Grrrr! Remember the Golden Rules “Do not do unto me, If you do not want to do unto you.” If you’ll be nice to me and I'll be nice to you. Sometimes we have this kind of stubborn personality, a very soft hearted inside, and a person who loves to dreams in a fully HD in a wide of imagination in a way for to escape from the reality and seeking for freedom.


Indeed, they have the resilience to come back from disappointments and even spectacular failures. Failures never be the reason for to give up, because no matter how hard life is those people were born in December has a unique and very strong personality enough to face all the challenges in order to become success.  Though even we get an endless discouragement, criticism, and judgments from others we never lose hope to achieve all our ambitious.  This is the people who were born in December like me a rare and optimistic personality.

I know we have a lot of things to do for the Christmas and New Years which made us very stressful! Stress is really unavoidable part of our lives and, I cannot deny the fact that this season really makes me fret over the thing like pressure from shopping, financial, stress, gift, parties, events, foods (groceries), and even the simplest “what to wear?” It always makes me sick and stress! When times I am being stressed out with so many things to do, I Stop for a moment and pray (and it keeps me feel relax and forgetting my worries when I pray). And, I feel okay after.

Another thing, make sure to have a good sleep pattern for about 8 to 9 hours, because our body needs time to recharge because this is the time when our body revitalize and help to strengthen our immunity system to build more energy. When you have enough sleep you are more energize to be more productive and help us to be freely from stressed for the holiday. It gives you more positive outlook in life! Handwashing is the first line of defense against infectious diseases. It is important for us to do and make it a healthy habit because this time of the year we’re most vulnerable in catching disease than can weaken our immune system like having flu, cough and cold, stomach upset, diarrhea, epistaxis (nose bleeding) and salmonella (make sure to wash food and cook the food well).




In addition, it is important for all of us to wash our hands every day to avoid getting and spreading of germs especially before or after handling of foods. We may not know that everything around us, has a living bacteria, germs, viruses and infectious that cannot be seen by our naked eyes and it can be spread through your phones, computer keyboard, remote control, ball pen, mouse, and even comfort room, even your money. There is no specific place to be safe, but it is much safer to keep yourself always clean. Simple hand hygiene or wash hand with antibacterial soap keeps you to a healthy life. There is nothing is wrong of being health cautious.

Limit your food intake that high in cholesterol that can endanger your health from getting heart attack and stroke, high in calories, and alcohol beverages.
