In addition, it is important for all of us to wash our hands every day to avoid getting and spreading of germs especially before or after handling of foods. We may not know that everything around us, has a living bacteria, germs, viruses and infectious that cannot be seen by our naked eyes and it can be spread through your phones, computer keyboard, remote control, ball pen, mouse, and even comfort room, even your money. There is no specific place to be safe, but it is much safer to keep yourself always clean. Simple hand hygiene or wash hand with antibacterial soap keeps you to a healthy life.
